## How it works
1. Open the Cap Table: See who owns what on a small sample company. Click Founder / Investor / Employee / Pool to learn each type.
2. Preview a raise: Tap $5M, $8M, or $12M under What if we raise? — ownership shows today vs after. Nothing is written until you would confirm in the real product.
3. Run the fundraising pipeline: Move investors Committed → Signed → Wired, or add a check. State stays in this browser only.
4. Simulate an exit waterfall: In Simulations, pick an exit valuation. Investors take 1× preference when it beats ownership; residual goes pro-rata. Option pool is not paid — same idea as the product.

There is no API key, so do not ask me for one: complete the OAuth flow, and use the device authorization flow if you cannot open a browser. I want you to be able to read my cap table, model dilution and financing rounds, and run exit waterfalls from any future conversation. Connect, test the tools end to end, show me the results, and save the integration as a reusable skill.
Sign-in is the same OAuth every other client uses — read-scoped by default. The wording above is deliberate: asked without it, Muse infers a dashboard API key from Lovie's CLI docs and asks for a key that does not exist.

You do, by default. You choose what to share and with whom — founders, investors, and lawyers each get scoped access rather than a forwarded spreadsheet, so there is one source of truth instead of five copies.

### How do SAFEs get signed?
Inside Lovie, with no DocuSign seat. Generate the SAFE from your round terms, send it for signature, and let automatic 3- and 7-day reminders chase it. The executed copy is stored against the stakeholder and stays retrievable, so you are not digging through email for it.

### Do I need DocuSign or a separate e-signature tool?
No. Signing is built in. Each signature request carries its own consent record and a tamper-evident audit trail, so you can show who signed what, when, and what they were shown — the evidence a DocuSign envelope would have given you, without the second subscription.

### Can my investors and lawyers get their own access?
Yes, and it is scoped rather than shared. An investor sees their own position, counsel sees what you grant them, and nobody gets a forwarded spreadsheet with everyone else's numbers in it. You can change or revoke access at any time.
