Privacy Policy

TokenOps is a product of Lovie, Inc. (“Lovie”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we collect when you interact with the TokenOps landing page and early-access waitlist, and how we use it.

Email address. When you submit the early-access form we store your email address so we can notify you when TokenOps becomes available and send you your trial credentials. Submitting the form is entirely voluntary.

Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare and Vercel) automatically logs standard request metadata — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is retained per those providers' standard policies and is used solely for security and operational purposes.

We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools on this page.

• To email you when TokenOps early access opens.
• To send your trial tenant ID and API keys at launch.
• To respond to questions or support requests you initiate.

We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

We keep early-access email addresses until TokenOps launches and your trial period ends, or until you ask us to delete your record — whichever comes first. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@lovie.co.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@lovie.co with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the early-access form. You may withdraw consent at any time.

This landing page does not set first-party cookies. Infrastructure-level cookies may be set by Cloudflare for bot protection; these are strictly necessary and are not used for tracking.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TokenOps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
