Does the Pulley converter upload my cap table?
No. The converter reads the selected CSV or XLSX in browser memory and creates the downloadable CSV on your device. Its conversion code does not send the file or its contents to Lovie or another server.
Which Pulley files can I convert?
Use a .csv or .xlsx cap table export up to 20 MB. The converter reads the first worksheet in an XLSX file and looks for common holder, security, share, date, round, and vesting columns.
What happens to columns the converter does not recognize?
Non-empty values from unrecognized columns are preserved in a Source Notes field. The results screen also lists mapped and unmapped headers so you can review the conversion before downloading it.
Is the converted CSV ready to rely on without review?
No. Conversion standardizes the file; it does not verify the legal effect of grants, SAFEs, notes, approvals, or signed agreements. Reconcile the output against the source export and supporting documents before confirming an import.
