$29 · AI-Native Company Formation
Why we exist
There will be millions of new companies.
We call them the Lovie 10 Million.
Starting a company used to take three scarce things: capital, specialized skills, and access to the right knowledge. It used to take $500,000 and a team of ten.
Now it can begin with $500, one person, and one weekend. The playbook that was passed around at accelerator dinners is in the model, and it answers in whatever language you think in.
One barrier is left, and it is ours. Building the product and establishing the company are still two different jobs.
So we took that one apart. Describe the company once, approve the structure, and it is formed — $29, in minutes, wherever in the world you are sitting.
The rest of it
Where we are, how we work, and who we are.
- Location Every movement starts with a place West Portal, San Francisco. One house, one open door, and the reason a company about distributed work has an address at all.
- Culture Nine people who all ship No account managers between you and the person who wrote the thing. Three law degrees. Prices on the page.
- Community The room the company came out of Demo nights, dinners, founders showing each other what they built. It is not marketing — it is where we find out what is broken.
- Why The Lovie 10 Million The full thesis, in the founder's words: why ten million new companies are about to be possible, and the one barrier still standing in the way.
- Team Who is actually doing this Every name public and checkable — lawyers who ship code, and engineers from GitLab, Google, Gusto, Peloton and Uber.
- Founder Şahin Boydas Two companies built and sold, a cheque in more than 225 others, and the house where the third one started.
The people
Nine people, and all nine of them ship.
Every name is a real person with a public record you can check. Three of us studied law; the rest have spent their careers on payments, infrastructure and the operations of companies far larger than this one.

The scope
What we do, and what we don't.
What Lovie is
Lovie is a company formation platform. We prepare and submit filings to state agencies on your behalf, serve as your registered agent, scan and forward your business mail, help you obtain your federal tax ID, and convert an LLC to a C-Corp when you are ready to raise.
It runs as a web app, and as an MCP integration that lets Claude Code, Cursor, Manus, Windsurf and Replit drive the formation themselves. There is an open-source CLI (lovie) too.
What Lovie is not
Not a law firm, an attorney, an accounting firm or a professional advisory organisation. Not a government agency, and we do not issue government documents. State approval times are set by the states, not by us.
Anything you read on this site, in the app, through the MCP server, the CLI or from support is general information — not legal, tax or financial advice.
- Data minimisation. We collect what a state agency needs and what a payment needs, and no more. Sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest and purged from active systems once your registration is through.
- Transparent pricing. A flat one-time formation fee. The registered agent is priced separately and billed annually. Your state's filing fee is separate and goes straight to your state.
- Wherever you are. We operate out of West Portal, San Francisco, and we file for founders inside and outside the United States — including non-US residents forming a Delaware LLC, a Wyoming LLC or a Delaware C-Corp.
Come and use it.
Or come to the house — the demo nights are open, and the people above are the ones who answer.
