If you're selected, Lovie waives the plan fee for the program window. Lovie is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Why do I need a company for an iOS app at all?
Apple lets you publish as an individual, but a company gives you three things individuals don't get: liability protection (the LLC absorbs lawsuits, not your personal savings), a real payment entity for Stripe/RevenueCat, and a Business-grade Apple Developer Program account (better for tax reporting and team access).
