$29 · AI-Native Company Formation
For Influencers & Creators
Start Your Creator Business. Make content, not compliance.
I'll do the filing with you: company type, name, registered agent and the state's paperwork.
Have you formed a company before?
I'll explain each choice as we go. For a solo software company, a Wyoming LLC is the usual low-cost choice. There's no board to run, and you don't need a US address or SSN.
What should it be called?
No trademark conflicts for Northwind Labs, LLC, and the domain is free. I've drafted your Articles of Organization and added your registered agent. Read it all before I send anything.
Submit it to the state?
Sent to the Wyoming Secretary of State. The state decides how long its review takes.
What it costs
The lowest total price we could find.

What you get
What Lovie does for your company.
01 / Formation
LLC and C-Corp formation
Form an LLC or C-Corp in Wyoming, Delaware or any other state. Lovie prepares the documents and files them with the state. You read and approve everything first.
02 / Setup
A company you can use
Once the state approves it, your company legally exists. It can sign contracts and hire people. Founders outside the US do all of this remotely, with no SSN or US address.
03 / Agent
Registered agent
Every state requires one. It's the address that gets official mail for your company, and it goes on public records instead of your home address. We're your agent in your formation state for $79 a year ($49 in Wyoming), and we scan that mail to your dashboard.
04 / Compliance
Deadline reminders
Most states want a yearly report and fee. We remind you before each one is due, so you don't pay a late penalty.
05 / AI Tools

Why Lovie for Creators
Your brand deserves a real business behind it
Get More Brand Deals
Most established brands require you to be a registered business before they'll sign a contract or send payment. An LLC changes that. Lovie gets yours set up.
Protect What You've Built
An LLC keeps your personal assets separate from your business. If something goes sideways with a sponsor or contract, your personal finances stay out of it.
Skip the Lawyer, Skip the Paperwork
Lovie is $29 one-time, covering formation and filing prep, and registered agent with digital mail is $79/year. No confusing portals, no expensive legal fees. Just more time to create.
FAQ
Your questions, answered.
When should I form an LLC as a creator?
As soon as you start earning — or plan to. An LLC protects your personal assets, lets you open a business bank account, and makes you look like a real business to brands and sponsors. The sooner you have it, the better.
How does an LLC help with brand deals?
Most established brands require a registered business to sign contracts and process payments. An LLC makes that possible. It also signals that you're running a real operation — not a hobby — which matters when brands are comparing creators.
What's the best state to form my LLC in?
Many creators form in their home state to keep things simple. Wyoming is popular for privacy reasons. Lovie walks you through the tradeoffs based on your specific situation so you can make an informed choice.
Can Lovie handle my taxes?
Lovie doesn't file your taxes, but it makes sure your business is structured correctly — including S-Corp elections if they make sense for your income level. Your books and entity documents will be in order when it's time for your accountant to do the actual filing.
I have a manager. Do I still need Lovie?
Your manager handles your career and deals. Lovie handles the legal and administrative side — formation, compliance, registered agent. They do different things. Having both means nothing falls through the cracks.
Is this better than just getting paid via PayPal or Venmo?
Much better. Mixing business and personal money in PayPal or Venmo creates tax headaches and exposes your personal finances. An LLC with a proper business bank account keeps everything clean and separate — which matters a lot at tax time and if anything ever goes wrong.
Sole proprietorship vs LLC for creators — what's the difference?
A sole proprietorship is the default if you do nothing — your personal name IS the business, and any lawsuit or contract dispute can reach your personal assets (savings, car, home). An LLC creates a legal wall between you and the business. Same tax treatment as a sole prop by default (pass-through), but with the liability protection. For any creator earning more than a few thousand dollars a year, the LLC is the clear answer.
What documents do I get after Lovie forms my LLC?
With these, you can open a business bank account, sign brand contracts, and set up your business Stripe/payment accounts. Lovie keeps all of these in your dashboard.
How does S-Corp election save me money on taxes?
Once your creator income is around $40k–$80k+ in profit, electing S-Corp tax treatment on your LLC can save you thousands a year in self-employment tax — you pay yourself a 'reasonable salary' (subject to payroll tax) and take the rest as distributions (no SE tax). It's not free — you need payroll and a slightly more complex return — but at certain income levels it more than pays for itself. Lovie can file the S-Corp election (Form 2553) for you.
What happens if I stop being a creator — can I dissolve the LLC?
Yes. A clean dissolution closes the business with the state and the IRS so you don't keep paying annual fees or franchise taxes on a dormant entity.
