Yes. There's no citizenship or residency requirement. Founders from Nigeria, India, Brazil, the UK, and every other country form Delaware entities regularly. No US address, phone number, or SSN required.
Delaware LLC or C-Corp — which is right for me?
If you plan to raise US venture capital or apply to YC, you need a Delaware C-Corp. For a bootstrapped or revenue-generating business, a Delaware LLC is simpler. Lovie asks about your goals and recommends the right one.
Can I open a US bank account without visiting the US?
